Then this might be the role for you.The positionWe are seeking a structured and adaptable Governance Process Lead to enhance the management of our Site Coordination Forums (SCF) and House Owners Associations (HOA) at Novo Nordisk. The SCF serves as a decision-making forum for planning site activities, investment projects, and physical infrastructure that involves various organizations within Novo Nordisk. In contrast, the HOA operates across Novo Nordisk and Novonesis to oversee and manage shared facilities and infrastructures.As the Governance Process Lead, you will be responsible for preparing meeting agendas, collecting essential materials and inputs from presenters, and capturing meeting notes. These notes will then be summarized into clear, precise minutes that accurately reflect the discussions and decisions made during the meetings.Your main tasks include:Serve as the secretary for SCF and HOA, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meeting materials and concise meeting minutes within designated deadlines.Oversee and manage internal processes within Corporate Facilities to facilitate the smooth preparation and execution of SCF and HOA meetings.Provide guidance and support to project managers on actions arising from SCF meetings that need to be addressed between sessions.QualificationsIdeally, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred and have 2+ years of professional experience in administration or a business support role. You have experience or are familiar with meeting facilitation, coordinating business processes, and stakeholder management from a similar position.To excel in this role, you:Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English, enabling you to produce concise meeting minutes, take live notes, compile accurate conclusions, and effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.Have the ability to quickly grasp discussions and complex topics during meetings, draw meaningful conclusions and actions, and document these insights accurately in real time.Are adept at orchestrating and coordinating meetings, structuring information, and archiving key decisions and documents.Exhibit excellent planning skills and the capability to maintain an overview in a fast-paced work environment.Are adaptable and flexible in managing a range of tasks and challenges.Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and the ability to understand and address the needs of diverse stakeholders and management levels to meet their expectations and requirements.The role requires the ability to comprehend complex topics and quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of the material delivered and discussions at meetings.As a person, you are proactive, resourceful, and energetic. You can work independently and drive processes without waiting for instructions. You are trustworthy and adept at building relationships with both close colleagues and stakeholders. You should be able to receive and drive actions independently and work persistently to achieve desired results.The position is in Bagsværd, but it is a requirement to attend meetings at our various sites, so you are expected to be willing to commute to other locations in the Greater Copenhagen area as needed.About the department
