Job description: A high-growth, international technology business is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join its senior finance team at the Dublin headquarters. This role reports directly to the CFO and will lead the group’s financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance across multiple global entities.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing finance operations across borders. This is a strategic role offering exposure to ERP systems, investor reporting, and business planning activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead monthly group consolidations and financial reportingOversee statutory accounts and year-end audit processesManage international finance teams and ensure compliance across jurisdictionsDrive forecasting, budgeting, and management reportingCoordinate tax and regulatory filings globallySupport ERP improvement projects and finance system integrationsPartner with senior stakeholders on strategic finance initiativesKey Requirements:Qualified Accountant with 10+ years’ post-qualification experienceStrong experience in group reporting, consolidations, and auditInternational finance or multi-entity backgroundERP system experience (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)Excellent Excel and financial analysis skillsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilityComfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven environmentThis is a permanent, hybrid role based in Dublin with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.If interested – apply with your most recent CV to Bernadette Sisson for immediate consideration
