Our award-winning Prague office just underwent major renovation creating a collaborative space offering daily on-site snacks, gym, cinema, library, terrace, chill-zones, bike storage, and parking.About the Role & team:As a User Value Optimization Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role on the team driving user and revenue growth across our Mobile portfolio. We are a customer-obsessed, data-driven group focused on delivering exceptional user experiences while unlocking meaningful monetization opportunities. Our mission is to strike the optimal balance between user value and business performance—by continually refining how, when, and where we engage users throughout their lifecycle.In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will independently own and execute initiatives that shape the in-app experience, drive conversion and retention, and maximize long-term customer value. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, growth, and monetization—leading critical efforts to improve user journeys, optimize pricing and packaging, and scale best-in-class engagement strategies.This role requires close, collaborative partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and Creative teams. You’ll need strong strategic thinking, flawless execution, and a proactive mindset to drive forward initiatives that directly contribute to our long-term growth objectives.Objectives:Project-management – structured, strategic, and execution-driven; adept at translating complex ideas into actionable roadmaps, aligning cross-functional partners, managing timelines, and delivering measurable business outcomesIndependently lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across multiple growth and monetization touchpoints in Mobile appsEnhance Performance – Analyze user funnels, execute A/B tests, and optimize journeys to maximize user conversion and monetizationChampion a Test-and-Learn Culture – Drive experimentation, promote data-first thinking, and lead innovation to accelerate growthProactively identify opportunities and solve business/data/technical challenges without needing step-by-step directionCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Creative) to align roadmaps and deliver user and revenue impactOwn the monetization strategy and execution across first purchase, upsell, retention, and reactivation experiencesDefine and evolve pricing strategies for new and existing product tiers based on user insights, business goals, and competitive dynamicsOwn Program P&L – Take full accountability for profitability, ensuring a disciplined balance between user growth, cost efficiency, and ROICompetencies:Extensive Experience in Growth and Product-Led Marketing (Brings 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or product management, with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes).Strategic Revenue and User Growth (Demonstrates the ability to scale revenue and user base through strategic marketing initiatives, lifecycle optimization, and data-informed product and experience enhancements).Entrepreneurial Execution (Thrives in ambiguous environments with an entrepreneurial mindset—operates with urgency, prioritizes high-impact work, and drives initiatives forward without waiting for perfect clarity).User-Centric Thinking and Behavioral Insight (Applies deep understanding of user behavior, decision-making psychology, and optimization levers across digital journeys and lifecycle touchpoints to improve engagement and conversion).Data-Driven Experimentation (Skilled in designing and executing A/B tests and hypothesis-driven experiments, with the ability to interpret statistical significance and translate findings into actionable insights).Executive-Level Communication (Communicates complex data and insights clearly and persuasively, tailoring messaging to influence stakeholders and executive audiences effectively).Ownership and Accountability (Takes full ownership of outcomes—initiates work independently, removes obstacles, and ensures projects are completed with attention to quality and business impact).Collaborative and Influential (Operates with a self-directed approach while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong influence without direct authority).Advanced Analytical Capabilities (Applies advanced skills in segmentation, cohort analysis, retention modeling, and LTV frameworks to inform strategy and measure success).SQL Proficiency (Preferred) Comfortable using SQL to explore data, build queries, validate hypotheses, and track performance—SQL skills are strongly preferred.Benefits:Unlimited PTO (paid time off), flexible working hours & home office.Cafeteria points are provided by Benefit Plus (meal plan, pension insurance, travel, free time activities, multisport card, and much more).Tuition reimbursement for job-related courses.Learning & Development plan.Sustainable home improvement bonus.Opportunity to learn and work with the best in the Digital Security industry.The chance to join a major global tech company listed on the S&P 500.Mac/Windows laptop and more.Gen is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusivity.
