As part of the GN Group, headquartered in Ballerup, we specialize in highly advanced hearing protection systems that ensure seamless communication while delivering reliable safety.Your Contribution is appreciatedAs our new Hardware Engineer, you will be immersed in the design, development, and improvement of hardware electronics at FalCom. You will play a vital role in shaping our products, overseeing their journey from concept to completion.In this role, you will:Design and develop analog circuits and detailed schematics, with a focus on signal integrity, power management, and seamless mechanical integration.Build, test, and evaluate prototypes to validate concepts and performance, creating and executing comprehensive test plans.Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in prototypes and production units, supporting smooth system integration and production testing.Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, product managers, and external suppliers to align hardware designs with product requirements.Produce clear documentation and specifications to support efficient manufacturing and product lifecycle management.Contribute to all phases of hardware development, effectively balancing long-term projects with immediate support for production testing and system integration tasks.What we think you need to thrive in the role:A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Hardware Development, or a related field.Demonstrated proficiency in analog electronics design and development.Experience with circuit simulation tools to validate and optimize designs.Familiarity with EMC and EMI compliance standards, along with experience in testing and validation.A collaborative mindset that emphasizes a readiness to assist coworkers and encourage new ideas.Thorough analytical and problem-solving skills, through which design challenges are identified and effectively managed.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.What We OfferAt FalCom, we cultivate a flexible and collaborative work environment built on trust, creativity, and mutual support.
