This role combines regulatory expertise, strategic coordination, and quality culture leadership, enabling our institution to thrive in a competitive global higher education environment.Main Requirements:
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and lead an institution-wide accreditation and quality strategy that aligns with our mission and growth across all campuses. * Accreditation Management:Oversee all aspects of Swiss and NECHE institutional accreditation, from audit readiness and self-study coordination to site visits and post-review actions. * Quality Assurance Excellence:Ensure compliance with evolving academic and regulatory standards by implementing robust policies, governance structures, and data systems. * Global Coordination:Act as the central QA liaison across all campuses, harmonizing documentation, timelines, and institutional responses for quality and accreditation efforts. * Continuous Improvement:Champion quality culture by implementing enhancement plans, defining KPIs, and managing academic risk assessments in collaboration with internal stakeholders. * Stakeholder Engagement:Build trusted relationships with accreditation bodies, regulators, and internal governance, representing the institution with professionalism and authority. * Advisory & Capacity Building:Provide expert guidance and training to academic leaders and teams on best practices in accreditation and QA frameworks. * New Campus Development:Support the accreditation of future campuses, ensuring compliance from inception and guiding regulatory applications.Start Date: September 2025If you’re a strategic thinker with in-depth accreditation expertise and a passion for fostering academic integrity across borders, we invite you to apply and contribute to shaping the future of global higher education with us! jid21dec66afr jit0730afr
