Monthly reporting to parent company in accordance with Group reporting requirements including achieving all required deadlines.2. Ensure any new accounting / tax / other finance procedures rolled out by parent company, adhere to local requirements and adapt where required, ensuring that everyone is informed.3. Ensure successful implementation of any new external accounting or tax standards and regulations, ensuring that everyone is informed.4. Manage general ledger team.5. Key user for SAP FI general ledger6. Responsible for annual audits /preparation of Statutory accounts7. Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are complete and accurate. Covering Fixed assets/Expenses/Payroll8. Ensure all external reporting is completed. VAT/CIS /Intrastat/Government Statistics9. Provide support to team members.10. Provide cover and support for Head of shared services as appropriate.The tasks and responsibilities above are typical of the duties the postholder will be expected to perform.
