As the Head of Global Strategic Evidence & Communications, you will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for evidence generation and dissemination. You will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive the evolution of data gathering and sharing, ensuring that LEO Pharma remains at the forefront of dermatological care.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement the overall evidence generation strategy and frameworks for Non-interventional Studies, Investigator Initiated Studies, and Research Collaborations with academic institutions.
• Oversee the development of strategic integrated evidence generation plans for global brands.
• Collaborate with Global Digital Customer Engagement, Global Asset Teams, and Global Medical Excellence to optimize data dissemination.
• Lead the Integrated Evidence Planning process and Global Publications strategy.
• Advance dermatological science through partnerships with registry owners.
• Drive digitalization efforts and apply new technologies for scientific communication.

Beyond these tasks, you will also be responsible for consolidating the review and approval process for global and affiliate non-interventional studies (NIS) and investigator-initiated studies (IIS), ensuring smooth operation and strategically aligned decisions across the portfolio from early to late-stage assets.Your qualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualificationsEducational Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD), PharmD, or PhD in natural sciences.
• Over 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs roles, including global functions and Clinical Development.
• Substantial experience in biologics and specialist care; dermatology experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop evidence plans for strategic decisions and product development.
• Strong people leadership, development, and training experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
