Job description:

• Oversee the IT department, delivering services that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
• Report to senior management and communicate effectively with business stakeholders on all IT matters.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess IT needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead the implementation of new IT solutions, guiding the IT team, managed service partners, and staff.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for IT management and project delivery.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company’s mission and objectives.
• Manage IT vendors and procurement, negotiating service level agreements and ensuring compliance.
• Oversee IT security and disaster recovery initiatives.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven IT management experience, strong infrastructure, network and applications support.
• Experience leveraging ERP systems using reporting tools for informed decision-making.
• Strong project management skills and experience with structured project management frameworks.
• Solid business process knowledge and experience using technology to enhance efficiency.
• Excellent vendor and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, technology trends, and their business implications.
