Job description: A standout opportunity has arisen for a strategic finance leader to join a high-growth renewable energy organisation as Head of Treasury & Capital Planning. This senior role will suit someone with deep experience in treasury, project finance, and capital planning, ideally gained within the energy or infrastructure space.Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will play a critical role in structuring and funding renewable energy projects, managing liquidity, and aligning the company’s capital structure with long-term business goals. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure competitive financing solutions and mitigate financial risk, while ensuring compliance and maximising value creation.This is a rare chance to contribute meaningfully to Ireland’s energy transition while leading a high-impact treasury function within a progressive and well-capitalised organisation.What’s required:

• 10+ years’ experience in treasury, corporate finance or capital planning
• Proven background in project finance, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure
• Strong financial modelling and strategic planning skills
• Experience managing lender relationships and securing funding for large-scale projects
• Senior leadership experience and the ability to influence at board level
