We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.Position Summary:As a Health & Safety in our Graduate Program, you’ll support the Health & Safety team and gain hands-on experience in workplace safety, risk assessment, and compliance. This is your opportunity to make ameaningful impact by helping to create a safe and healthy environment, while developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.What you will be doing:

• Assist with Risk Assessments for site
• Co-Ordinate Health & Safety Training
• Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and internal policies and procedures related to quality; protection of the environment; safety, health & welfare.
• Supporting all departments Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of the site Health & Safety Management System.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and internal policies and procedures related to safety, health & welfare.
• Developing and maintaining documentation (e.g. health & safety procedures, Risk Assessments, audit schedule, procedures, forms)
• Planning and carrying out internal audits and inspections
• Maintaining health & safety databases
• Liaising internally and externally on all health & safety matters

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• 3rd Level Qualification in Health & safety
• Relevant work experience desirable
