The HR Business Partner (Policy and Contracts) will work closely with the HR team to develop and maintain the HR Policy and employment contract framework, supporting key objectives in the context of the people agenda. Working in partnership with the HR Team and the business, the HR Business Partner will combine an understanding of the organisation and its context with HR expertise, to provide oversight and develop HR policy and contract solutions to meet organisational needs. The HR Business Partner will provide guidance to the HR Team on policy and contract related matters as required and develop the HR Team in best practice.As HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include among others
