  • Organizational Development
  • Collaborate on the creation and implementation of an HR strategy with a focus on long-term organizational development.
  • Identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving internal development programs, internal processes, company culture, efficiency, and employee engagement.
  • Support transformation and change management projects
  • Analyze HR trends and propose innovations of HR processes
  • Manage and coordinate key HR projects across the company.
  • Support HR process digitalization
  • Ensure HR projects are aligned with the specific operational challenges of production and other key business functions.
  • Internal Communication:
  • Develop and execute an internal communication strategy that fosters an open and transparent company culture.
  • Manage internal communication channels
  • Support leadership in effective communication with employees.
  • Organize internal events and campaigns to boost engagement and employer branding.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR development, organizational development, or internal communication.
  • Ability to work at a strategic level while also managing operational tasks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Knowledge of modern HR trends is an advantage
  • Czech language
  • English language
