- Support with the creation of job advertisements
- Pre-selecting applicants
- Communication with candidates
- Organization of job interviews
- Support with employer branding activities (social media, career events)
- Collaboration on hr projects
Key Qualifications
- Student in the field of HR management, economics, social sciences, communication or a comparable degree program
- Interest in recruitment, recruiting trends and HR processes
- Independent way of working
- Organizational talent
- Strong communication skills – enjoy interacting with people
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German and English skills
