What you’ll do:
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, ensuring continuous stakeholder engagement and effective collaboration across HR Business Partners, Global Reward teams, IT, Finance, and business leaders.
- Design presentations, communication materials, and documentation that translate complex data analysis into actionable solutions for senior leaders across multiple regions both virtually and in person.
- Lead process automation initiatives by identifying manual activities suitable for transfer to HR systems, tools, or templates to drive efficiency within the HR function.
- Support ongoing collaboration between the HR team and Technology partners by providing detailed requirements for Workday system developments tailored to evolving HR needs.
- Oversee the entire vendor management lifecycle including selection, onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
- Drive continuous improvement in third-party engagements by ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Contribute actively to broader regional HR projects by supporting cross-functional initiatives within the Europe HR team.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programmes are compliant with local laws while aligning with global standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders by preparing clear updates on project progress, outcomes, and next steps.
- Champion best practices in project management within a global matrix structure to ensure successful delivery of complex HR initiatives.
What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience in Compensation and Benefits within multinational or European contexts is essential for success in this role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations as well as strong Excel skills including v/x-lookup, index matching, countifs/sumifs functions.
- Proven track record of managing complex HR projects within global matrix organisations; experience with office launches or expansions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities coupled with excellent communication skills are required as you will collaborate independently across multiple teams with varying priorities.
- Hands-on experience with leading HR systems such as Benifex, Darwin, Workday, MarketPay or Payfactors is highly advantageous.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with resilience while remaining adaptable amidst change is crucial for thriving in this fast-evolving environment.
- Strong analytical skills enabling you to interpret mass data sets into clear solution pathways for decision making at senior levels.
- Experience overseeing vendor management lifecycles including due diligence processes and contract negotiations ensures seamless third-party engagements.
