Job description: HRIS Transformation Project Manager – ServiceNowDublin, IFSC On SiteSalary €59,000 per year Grade 76 months initial ContractImmediate StartWe are seeking an experienced HRIS Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within our organisation.This role will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring the successful deployment of HR technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HRIS transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.Process Optimization: Analyze current HR processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation through ServiceNow HRSD.System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet organizational needs.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.Training & Support: Coordinate training sessions for HR staff and end-users, providing ongoing support post-implementation.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Reporting & Analytics: Establish metrics to measure project success and generate reports for stakeholders.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, with at least 3 years focused on HRIS implementations, specifically ServiceNow HRSD.Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; ServiceNow HRSD certification is a plus.Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows; proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.✨💫 ⭐ 🚀 🌟 💵Get in touch today email a current CV to💻 🖊️ 📔 💼 🖥️ ⌨️ 🖨️ 🖱️ 💾 🛜 📀 🎓 🪪 💻 🖇️ 📉 📊 🗂️ ✒️ 📝 📨 📜 📚 🧮 📲 📱 📠
