You will work with IT and HR, with data, systems, processes, and training, and help enable our employees in their jobs.Egmont is looking for an HRIT administrator for Corporate HRWe are looking for a curious and ambitious individual who loves working with data, systems, and user support. One who has a special interest in working with administrative tasks within our global HR system. You will become part of Egmont’s Corporate HR department, where we collaborate with managers, HR colleagues and employees across the group. We support all divisions within a wide range of areas, including leadership development, management tools, organizational development, training, reporting, systems, incentives and day-to-day HR matters.About the jobYou will be working as a part of HRIT team and will support our colleagues both in HR and other functions in different business units. Helping them with their system related issues, answering questions. You will also have administrative access to our global HR solution, will need to make reports, clean up data, etc. A part of the role involves coordination for the roll-out of Egmont Compliance Training which gives you great exposure to different stakeholders within the group.Since this is an administrative role, we do not require an in-dept knowledge of systems, or configuration, but it does demand administrative skillset in working with systems.The work involves:
· User support: For instance, during roll out of compliance training, some colleagues may need your help with their access to the system
· System administrative support: for instance, creating new fields, username and password issues, etc.
· Reporting – in collaboration with legal/HR/IT stakeholders
· Data clean-up/analysis: In close cooperation with HR, and IT
· Data load from .xls files via our system
· Working closely with IT to enable access to systems (Single Sign On)
· Help with invoices, and/or cost circulation
· Other admin tasks, such as document upload, service desk, etc.About youWe imagine that you have just completed a relevant education, within e.g. IT, HR IT, Business Administrations, or the like, and that you are eager to get out and put your knowledge into practice. It could also be that you have a few years’ experience within relevant areas and want to expand more. It would be a huge plus if you have already practiced system administration of some sort.· You are a quick learner and have good attention to details
· Since you will be working with employee data, it is important that you are thorough
· You have a flair for digital platforms and can find your way around in various software programs (we do not need you to be a heavy tech-person, but you should be comfortable learning and working with IT systems)
· You are fluent in English and in one of Nordic languages
· You feel comfortable with detailed, repetitive work (for instance data cleansing)
· You have an analytical mindset and enjoy helping others
