The successful candidate will monitor performance of our new business products, both in the contact centre and on our digital platform. Reporting to the Sales Manager this individual will be responsible for delivering Op Plan ambitions and identifying growth opportunities with a strong customer focusThe successful candidate will be required to build strong, close working relationships with their team members and other departments across the business.Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching team members to deliver outstanding customer experience on all interactions.
• Leading an enabled, engaged team with a focus on individual development
• Product planning /delivery in line with Op Plan commitments
• Identifying opportunities for growth
• Identifying market / customer needs
• Participation in business improvement projects and quality initiatives
• Call reviews & coaching in line with MCC Requirements
• Active participation in Sales Performance Meetings
• Liaising with Underwriters and colleagues throughout the business
• Liaising with HR on employee management and staff retention and attraction
• Ensure processes and duties are carried out within compliance & regulatory requirements

Requirements:
