Our aim is to provide the tools, systems, insights and protection for BD associates to efficiently do their work.About the role:The Implementation Specialist is a figure involved in the process of installation of products and services, who interacts with customers frequently and acts independently with a good knowledge of products, technologies and processes on the Application plan assigned.Also, the IS is responsible for installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction. The Implementation Specialist works closely with teammates and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Possess a close understanding of systems application and interface. All these activities require a candidate who is highly motivated and customer focused. They need to have outstanding communication and excellent planning/organizational skills.This is a fixed-term position for 3 years.Main responsibilities will include:Demonstrates a working understanding of products, related technologies (hardware and software) and the Application processIndependently executes assigned deliverables from the Application plan as performing all the necessary meetings with the customer, both on-site and remotelyWorks with the Project Management Office in coordinating and performing all the project phases including equipment/software installation and customers trainingPerforms general training of products and technologiesCollaborate with the team to Integrate basic products/services with customer systems and processesHas developed knowledge and skills in Products Application; still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skillsProvides high technical support level to existing customers in in the assigned Region, on-site and remote.Performs products hardware and software repair activities on customers sitePerforms products Preventive Maintenance activities on customers siteEffectively communicates technical knowledge and validates understanding of othersDemonstrates attention to detail when compiling and reporting information; reviews work to ensure that information complies with quality standardsBuilds awareness of the change process and related tools and recognizes the impact that change has on peers and selfCommunicates effectively with customers; listens to customers’ needs and takes actions to meet themAbout you:Technical/IT background, experience with virtual platforms and networking systemsProject delivery adopting SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)Technical Project DocumentationDeep technical knowledge and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications. Have the ability to solve problems in a logical mannerAbility to work independently as well as a great teammate with a strong desire to deliver resultsAbility to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time and prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service.
