Job description: How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:

  • As a member of the Indirect Tax team, you help drive the strategic development and digitalisation of VAT compliance across multiple countries and systems
  • Your responsibilities include delivering technical advice on complex VAT questions with operational relevance, always in collaboration with international colleagues and business units
  • You are excited by the task of advancing key initiatives in digital VAT compliance, including e-invoicing, reporting automation, data analytics, and system governance
  • You act as a connector between tax, IT, and accounting, with a clear focus on sustainable process optimisation
  • You contribute to global projects and help shape the indirect tax landscape of tomorrow
  • You translate tax logic into system design, ensuring correct tax determination, and supporting the implementation of scalable controls

Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:

  • You have a university degree in Business, Law, IT, or a comparable field – ideally with a tax or digitalisation focus
  • Ideally, you have passed the tax adviser exam, are currently in the examination process, or hold a comparable qualification
  • Your experience in the area of indirect tax is relevant, ideally at the interface of tax, technology, and process design
  • You are familiar with ERP systems and have a solid understanding, along with an interest in automation, reporting, and data structures
  • You enjoy working in English, across borders, and thrive in an environment that values ownership and initiative

RemunerationGross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
