Job description: About the role As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Cropster, you will be the primary contact for both new and existing customers in your designated region. You will build and manage relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth through new inbound sales, upselling, and cross-selling. You’ll act as a strategic partner, helping customers maximize the value of Cropster’s solutions. This role is essential to our long-term customer success and overall growth in a SaaS environment. What you’ll do Customer Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and clearly explain product features and workflows. Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and maintain a healthy pipeline. Onboarding & Support: Guide new customers through setup and training. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and support customers in fully utilizing the platform. Identify opportunities to expand value through additional services. Relationship Management: Manage the entire customer journey, maintaining strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders in assigned accounts. Revenue Growth: Drive recurring revenue by closing new business and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Focus on retention and minimizing churn. Account Strategy: Create and maintain tailored plans aligned with customer goals. Adapt strategies based on customer feedback and evolving needs. Insight & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer input and market trends to support product improvements and identify new business opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience. Reporting: Provide regular updates on key metrics, pipeline status, and customer activity. Share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Several years of experience in account management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide customers and coordinate internal stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while focusing on growth, retention, and new business. Organized and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting. A goal-oriented mindset and the persistence to follow through on sales opportunities. That said, we’d be particularly delighted to hire someone with Experience in the coffee industry or familiarity with Cropster’s market. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Understanding of technical SaaS products and subscription-based models. Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5%) for customer visits and events.
