Job description: Job Title: Instrumentation & Controls EngineerRate: Competitive in line with skills / experienceType: ContractOur client a reputable organisation within the life science space currently has an urgent requirement for a talented Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join on an initial 12 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in instrumentation, automation, and electrical systems, with a firm understanding of Danish regulations and engineering practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and document punch list items during commissioning and project close-out phases
• Redline engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards
• Ensure all instrumentation and control systems are in line with Danish regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and technical problem-solving
• Review and contribute to technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities as required

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control engineering
• Proven ability to identify punch list items and redline technical documents
• In-depth knowledge of Danish electrical and instrumentation regulations
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation processes
• Educational background in Marine Engineering, Electrical Installation, or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
