Make a difference every day!Job DescriptionWe are looking for our next intern to join our Fund Management (Real Estate) team based in Munich on a 6 months fixed-term contract!Your role:You’ll support the local team mainly with portfolio operations and financial planning as well as with reporting and data related tasks.Portfolio Operations & Financial Planning – Supporting with Precision and Due Care:Acquisition & Disposals of Investments – Learning by doingBeing an active part in the acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and companiesWork closely together with the fund management team in the preparation of acquisition reports for German institutional investorsUnderstand how investment structures are built with the help of our Structured Finance teamFinancial Control & Treasury Collaboration – Making the Numbers WorkSupport liquidity and distribution management – from rent collection on asset level to portfolio cash flow forecastingLearn how money moves through complex fund structures and help map out fund flowsInternal Governance & Approvals – Keeping Things on TrackSupport the fund management team to ensure timely, compliant, and well-documented decision-makingReporting & Data – Turning Information into Insight:Fund Performance & Reporting- Creating Transparency|Learn how fund-level performance is calculated and the drivers behind itUnderstand different reporting types and help prepare themKeep reporting timelines organized and all stakeholders on trackWork closely together with the fund management team in the preparation of client presentations and periodical reports for German institutional investorsData Operations – Building a strong Data FoundationSupport the collection, analysis, and management of data room materials for transactions and due diligenceUpdate fund databases and ensure data accuracy from input to outputYou’ll need to have:Enrolled as a student or recently graduated in a Real Estate, Financial, Business Administration related field.Excellent communication skills in German and EnglishComputer literate (esp.
