Tietoevry Tech Services is a true multi-cloud platform provider with a full range of infrastructure choices at scale. We are fueling rapid software development and data innovation with strong security, scalability, speed, and savings for businesses.We are building a new business IT function and a new team that will be responsible for the Tietoevry Tech Services internal IT needs. The function will be responsible for providing the business IT services to Tech Services business and the whole service lifecycle. The scope covers both core IT capabilities like collaboration solutions, workstations, office network etc. as well as business applications, integrations, and data management.This is an opportunity to join a team that will create and provide world class business IT solutions and services for a major IT service provider.When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Internal Business Application Manager you will:Be responsible for the business IT services in scope of the role end-to-end, including acting as Service Manager for a portfolio of business application services within a CIO organizationCollaborate with service business owners as the main stakeholdersPlan business IT service, budget, service roadmap, and delivery set-upManage service(s) development and lifecycleResponsible for service quality, user and stakeholder satisfactionResponsible for service level and service performanceEnsure service compliance with internal processes, policies and rules, external compliance requirements and corporate directives (inc. security, privacy, sourcing)Lead the needed co-operation in terms of service delivery; internally relationships towards service operations and externally the sub-contractors or third parties chosen to delivery / operate servicesWho are we looking forMotivating leader and collaborator supporting success of the Tech Services businessBuilding and leading successful Business IT servicesFact based decision making and taking accountabilityStrive for service excellence and satisfaction to the servicesFluent in the English language both verbal and writingExcellent presentation and communication skillsExperience from the IT industry in similar role is preferrableNegotiation skillsSuitable academic degreeAs a person, you are communicative, responsive and a genuine leader with a good ability to collaborate with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and operational functions.
