Salary: €35,000 – €36,000 depending on experienceAt Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Internal Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team based in Rathcoole. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.What’s on Offer:

Your new role includes:

• Ensuring that specific requests from customers directly or indirectly are responded to in professional and timely fashion.
• Processing and management of customer quotations and orders.
• Keeping the pipeline of quotes up to date
• Developing a deep understanding of potential client’s business requirements and tailor solutions to meet these requirements.
• Building and developing key customers and a project pipeline ensuring sustainable and consistent sales growth.
• Working collaboratively with all internal resources to meet and exceed our customer’s requirements.

Experience you need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service based role, ideally in the plumbing or building materials industry
• Excellent IT skills are a must, especially a knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise
