Then this job opportunity as an Internal Sales Representative at Legrand might be the perfect fit for you.the core of the roleAs an Internal Sales Representative, you are part of the Sales Support team and serve as the single point of contact for Data Center build projects. You work closely with the sales team to identify and deliver Legrand solutions that match project specifications. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining high data accuracy, and supporting customer satisfaction – all contributing to the overall success of the business unit.At the same time, you will be part of Legrand Nordic Zone, joining a dedicated and dynamic team of over 400 employees across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, and Italy as well as their export markets Latvia, Lithuania, Czech, Germany, UK and USA.Key Responsibilities in the role:
– Sales Support: Prepare and manage quotations, assist with lead generation, and collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and execution
– Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
– CRM and Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate customer data, opportunities, and quotations in Salesforce, supporting reliable forecasting and pipeline tracking
– Operational Excellence: Coordinate order processing, deliveries, and after-sales support; manage customer complaints and follow up on project issues
– Collaboration: Foster communication across internal teams, partners, and customers, sharing updates and insights with the sales team and managementThe role is based at one of the offices located in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, Denmark or Hägersten, Stockholm, Sweden.about youA degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is expected, along with 0-3 years of experience in engineering-related roles. An understanding of processes, project management, and service management is essential. Experience with CAD software and CRM systems will be considered a plus.Fluency in English and in either Danish or Swedish is necessary for effective communication across both local and international teams.The ability to handle pressure, stay organized, and remain solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment is key.
