You’ll conduct portfolio analyses to identify gaps, optimize SKUs, and enhance category performance, while ensuring all decisions are aligned with shopper insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.MARKET & SHOPPER INSIGHTSIn this role, you’ll analyze shopper behavior, category trends, and emerging market opportunities to guide portfolio decisions. You’ll also monitor competitors closely and adjust strategies to ensure Red Bull maintains its market leadership.DEVELOP PORTFOLIO THOUGHT LEADERSHIPYou’ll define the role of each product in our lineup by leveraging commercial, shopper, and loyalty insights. You’ll create sell-in materials to help markets successfully execute our portfolio strategy and collaborate closely with Product Initiative and Trade Marketing teams to develop compelling innovation concepts.STREAMLINING COLLABORATIONIn this role, you’ll work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure the seamless and profitable execution of Red Bull’s portfolio across all markets. You’ll establish a process to manage tactical product requests, balancing commercial opportunities with internal feasibility and profitability, while also defining and guiding the Core portfolio for each market.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, or category management within the FMCG or beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of the Non-Alcholic beverage market, shopper behaviour, and competitive landscape
  • Proven track record in cross functional projects
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making tools (Nielsen, IRI, market research platforms)
  • Travel 10-20%
