This involves corporate law matters, integration of new companies, organizational design and development, and serving as a central point of contact for our Managing Directors.Due to the very close collaboration with many other areas, especially with Group Finance, Group HR, and Group Strategy, there are always opportunities to take on tasks across the organization and thus gain diverse experiences within the Frequentis Group.We offer ambitious talents the opportunity to build business and management know-how and to develop in various directions within the Frequentis Group.Key TasksAs an International Management Assistant, you support the experienced managers from Group Management as well as senior managers from the group in their diverse tasks.

• You are (co-)responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and execution (including documentation) of meetings, workshops, and events.
• You are a central communication hub for the department and ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes in Group Management (e.g., appointment coordination, travel management for Group Managers).
• You skilfully visualize complex topics, create and maintain documents and spreadsheets using the full range of MS Office, including AI.
• You support international (communication) projects and contribute to the optimization of internal processes.
• You are willing to support companies and projects on-site as well.

Key Qualifications

• You have a master’s degree or a comparable education.
• You have 2-3 years of professional experience in an international top management or board environment.
• Your work style is characterized by high self-motivation, and you have the ability to work proactively and independently.
• With your service orientation, you feel comfortable handling multiple tasks and topics in parallel.
• You have a quick grasp and can analyse and visualize processes and their impacts.
• Skills in project management and presentation techniques are advantageous.
• You have an interest in different cultures.
• Your German and English skills are fluent.
• You are an expert in MS Office – we expect proficiency in TEAMS, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel, and we welcome experience and interest in new technologies and tools like Copilot.
