Job description: Job Title: International Tax ManagerLocation: Cork, IrelandReports To: Global Tax Director (US-based)Department: FinanceContract: 12-month Fixed Term (potential to go permanent)Role Overview:My client is seeking an International Tax Manager to oversee tax activities across multiple international entities, while also supporting US operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent exposure to global corporate tax compliance. You’ll join a small, focused team committed to learning, development, and inclusion.Key Responsibilities:

• Review transfer pricing documentation across international jurisdictions.
• Manage and optimise global R&D credits; track eligible spend with accounting teams.
• Prepare quarterly international tax provisions.
• Coordinate with external tax providers to ensure accurate and timely filing.
• Prepare and review indirect tax returns across various regions.
• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
• Maintain internal controls and tax-related process documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years’ post-qualification tax experience, ideally in a multinational or US-based company.
• Strong understanding of international tax, R&D credits, and transfer pricing.
• Knowledge of SOX and financial reporting standards.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
