Job description: As a Compliance Intern at Red Bull, you’ll play an active role in strengthening our global compliance culture. You’ll support the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of key elements of our Compliance Program – from policies and training to strategic projects and research.Rather than focusing on routine admin work, you’ll be involved in big-picture topics like company-wide compliance initiatives, policy development, and awareness strategies. This internship is your chance to contribute to meaningful change, gain hands-on experience, and explore innovative approaches to compliance in a dynamic, international environment.Join us in July/August 2025 for a period of six months. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Expand allCOMPLIANCE PROGRAMIn this internship you’ll support in developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compliance program to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.COMPLIANCE/PROJECT INVOLVEMENTYou’ll take part in the conception, implementation, and company-wide rollout of specific compliance projects.POLICY & GUIDELINE DEVELOPMENTGet involved in drafting and refining internal policies and corporate guidelines. You’ll help in the creation, development, and updating of internal policies and corporate guidelines.TRAINING PROGRAMSYou’ll help to develop engaging training materials and e-learning programmes that make compliance topics accessible and relevant to all employees.GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE & RESEARCH ACTIVITIESYou’ll support with general research activities and administrative tasks.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions
• First experience in Compliance and/or Risk Management and/or a strong desire to develop expertise in these fields is desirable
• Highly self-motivated and proactive
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Ability to stay current with changes in laws and regulations, and to adapt compliance programs accordingly

• Travel 0-10%
