There you will get in touch with a wide range of technologies, from cutting edge to mainstream. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team members and can also bring in your own new ideas which will help us to grow and improve.What to do:

• Handling of requirements related to our IT workplace (notebooks, phones, connectivity, etc.) according to our policies
• Supporting our colleagues and business partners regarding IT workplace requests, questions and complaints
• Finding solutions for complex and non-standard requests
• Informing our colleagues and business partners about news regarding the IT workplace field
• Supporting of IT workplace related projects, e.g. testing new features of our request tool from demand manager’s and user’s perspective

You check these boxes:

• Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH), IT related
• You speak German and English fluently at C1 level
• Availability: minimum 30 hours/week
• Ideally you have some experience with our tech stack: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint Lists, Sharepoint libraries, PowerAutomate, Planner/Project, PowerBI
• You are eager to leand and discover new things, i.e. you have a growth mindset
• You are competent in communication and interpersonal interactions
• You have theoretical knowledge about agile mindset, values and principles. Any experience working in an agile environment is considered a plus
• You are communicative, curious, and empathetic, treating all people with respect
• You are ready to step beyond your comfort zone and assume responsibility

• We offer you a varied part-time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of 3175,00€ for Bachelor Students or 3300,00€ for Master Students (gross per month on a full-time basis) is offered
