Within this division, the department Commercial Real Estate Clients International offers customized loans and first-class financial services for commercial real estate clients on various locations within its core markets.Your Tasks

• Working within a team of financing experts and assisting in handling of our real estate financing portfolio
• Preparing various reports over our financing portfolio and its performance
• Analyzing specific real estate projects
• Supporting the sales team in preparing applications to the decision-making bodies of Erste Group

Your Background

• Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a special focus on Real Estate
• You are a team player with pronounced communication and social skills, a hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• Highly proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English verbal and written communication; German and/or a CEE language is a plus
