Our more than 2,000 IT experts and enthusiasts are the bank’s Digital Muscle.Department Description:Erste’s Cyber Defense Center (CDC) provides security services for business partners in Austria and CEE, with a strong focus on protecting IT and data assets. The CDC is performing a broad array of security activities and is responsible for maintaining a secure IT landscape, especially in the digital banking area of Erste. We are now looking for a full time Internship Agile Facilitator to expand our team which has the mission to help CDC members achieving their objectives and encourage continuous improvement, while supporting the agile transformation.We promote transparency, inspection and adaptation to help our peers adopting an agile mindset. We believe that having an agile mindset and being able to adapt is the best approach to persist in a complex world which is constantly changing.Within the CDC, the Change & Delivery Product Team deliver projects, platforms, provide agile coaching, communication and documentation governance and drive the organization development of the whole department.What to do:

• Documentation Governance: support with the activities related to documentation governance, such as definition and enforcing rules related to our documentation platforms, performing quality reviews, tyding up and cleaning up or extending and improving our guidelines and templates.
• Communication Governance: support with the communication governance actitivies, such us helping creating and executing an internal communications plan, facilitating the Ask Me Anything sessions and the Townhalls.
• Aim to leave a lasting positive impact within our organization.

You check these boxes:

• You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally pursuing a degree in Science or IT.
• You have some experience with Confluence, Shrarepoint, Sharepoint Lists or other documentation management systems.
• Ideally you also have some experience with Jira, PowerAutomate or PowerBI.
• You are eager to learn and discover new things, i.e. you have a growth mindset.
• You are communicative, curious, and empathetic, treating all people with respect.
• You are ready to step beyond your comfort zone and assume responsibility.
• You are able to express your values and opinions fluently in English.
