This organisation is part of the NXP Chief Technology Office, which is the industry leader in security know how. This business unit provides security IP and support functions related to Cybersecurity to all NXP business lines.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESWith guidance of a Senior Certification Manager you will start toparticipate in various security related reviews with different teams and stakeholders involved and report back on findings to the Site Certification Managersupport maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related procedures and documentationshelp the Security Certification Managers to organise security audits for the NXP site in Gratkorn, Austriasupport local ticket approval processessupport the team in various administrative tasks, e.g. collecting and archiving all NXP site certificates, support administration of various tools etc.YOUR PROFILEStudent in Security/Engineering, Information Science, Information and Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telematics or similarProficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Have a driving and result oriented personalityHave good verbal and written communication and networking skillsHave organizational as well as planning skillsBe engaged and self-motivated with an adaptive way of workingFluent in German and good English skillsSoftware development skills would be an assetWorking time: 16-20 hours / weekThe minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,370 gross/month for full-time employment.We are proud to have received the Leading Employer Award for the 6th time in a row 2025, which is presented exclusively only to the top 1% of employers in Austria.
