• This is a Grade 6 Clerical Position in BOC Ireland
• You will have day to day control of the MRP forecasting system for the Technical Spares at the Dublin Warehouse to ensure optimal stock levels and drive out obsolescence
• Conducting audits of Dublin warehouse stock counts to ensure compliance to agreed SLA and SoX compliance processes
• In addition, you will identify and understand the reasons for the stock outs and back orders
• Promote and facilitate regular reviews of dead, slow and surplus stocks at all locations and branches
• Furthermore, you will work with key suppliers to prioritize outstanding order lists
• Play an active role in the OEM process and Procurement, ensuring required actions in a timely manner

What makes you great

• You have at least 3 years’ relevant experience in a comparable role
• In depth understanding of SAP MRP & SRM system and material master maintenance
• In addition, you have sound product knowledge of technical & hardgoods inventory stock lines
• Inventory nanagement and procurement principles and practice
• You have a full range of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
