Job description: On behalf of our client, a specialist real estate investment firm, we are seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join their Dublin team.This role offers exposure to distressed asset transactions and value-add real estate investments, working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities through financial modelling, market analysis, and due diligence, with a focus on Non-Performing CRE loans and value-add real estate.

• Assist in structuring and executing investments, including preparation of investment memoranda and coordination with legal, financial, and technical advisors.

• Monitor portfolio performance, support repositioning strategies, and assist in resolving complex workout scenarios involving distressed assets.

• Conduct sector and market-level research across targeted asset classes to support investment strategy and pipeline development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 –4 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, special situations, or restructuring, preferably with exposure to distressed assets.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

• Understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital structures, and investment evaluation, particularly in distressed or non-performing environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders
