Job description: Role Introduction:This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start a career in Finance. Working in the Query resolution team, you will get invaluable exposure various disciplines within a Finance department.Successful candidates will be provided on the job training whilst being supported by senior members of the team to help develop their soft skills and knowledge within the Query resolution team. What You Will Do:

  • Use Netsuite to process and correct any invoices in query so that they can be credited and reinvoiced thus payable.
  • Resolve any missing billing requests.
  • Ensure high billing accuracy.
  • Interpreting and analysing data – Strong ability to work with complex data and present the information in a clear, logical, and concise way.
  • Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to drive accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and wider business stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Champion & drive the query resolution process within other departments.
  • Occasional ad hoc projects and tasks and determined by the query resolution head of/team lead.

What You Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a finance role and possess transferable skills and experience.
  • Ideally experience of working within Salesforce.
  • Strong experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
