The Joiners and Leavers process which on-boards/off-boards PwC employees is also a core activity performed by the team and this will form a key part of this role.Responsibilities include:Working in coordination with team members to prepare for employee intakes.The preparation / provisioning and deployment of IT equipment to the new hires.Administration and reporting of IT assets both in stock and deployed.Maintenance of IT asset data including changes to assignee and/or staff info.The administration of employee terminations and recovery of assetsThe position requires diligence, the ability to adhere to process & controls and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to able to integrate into and work well in a team environment while also being able to work independently at a consistently high level under pressure. They must be able to plan their work and manage both their time and the expectations of key stakeholders. They must be able to communicate effectively both within their team and when engaging with key business stakeholders.Purpose-led work you’ll be part ofAs an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for:Employee Intakes & IT Equipment ManagementProvision and configure IT equipment for new hires.Administer IT assets (stock and deployed), including data maintenance and recovery during terminations.Procurement & Stock ManagementManage purchasing system admin (requisitions/receiving) and maintain IT procurement catalogue.Oversee stock and storeroom management.IT Asset Deployments & RecoveryMonitor HR staff tracker for new joiners and terminations.Ensure timely setup and deployment of IT equipment for new joiners.Recover assigned assets and provide regular reports on asset returns.Escalate issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.General IT Asset AdministrationManage PAM end user service requests and respond within agreed SLA.Maintain accurate asset registers and participate in regular process reviews.Provide regular reports on PAM service delivery.Other DutiesPerform other reasonable tasks as requested by management.Experiences and skills:Minimum 4 yrs in an IT role including 2 yrs specific to IT Asset Management (or similar)Experience using service desk platforms (Service Now)Relevant 3rd level qualificationStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships internally and externallyStrong customer service skillsCommitted to quality and excellenceGood attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesAbility to multitask and respond to changing prioritiesSolution oriented with strong problem-solving skillsGood teamwork skills, ability to build positive relationships within and across teamsEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Asset Management, Asset Management Operations, Business Requirements Analysis, Communication, Contract Lifecycle Management, Cost Management, Cost Reduction, Customer Management, Customer-Support, Cybersecurity, Data Protection Management (DPM), Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Incident Management, Inclusion, Information Technology Applications, Intellectual Curiosity, Inventory Control Systems, Inventory Management, Issue Management, IT Audit, IT Business Strategy {+ 28 more}Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
