Your Responsibilities as IT Business Analyst – MS Dynamics (f/m/d)

• Analysis of business processes and identification of optimization potential in connection with renewal in industrial insurance
• Focus: Portfolio management, including interfaces to inventory management, calculation, and reporting
• Requirements gathering from stakeholders
• Creation of detailed requirement specifications (user stories) and solution proposals and feasibility studies in collaboration with developers
• Testing and quality assurance
• Training and support for users
• Communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (development, specialist departments, management)

Your Qualification and Skills

• MS Dynamics CRM Sales module
• Requirements engineering
• Reporting / BI, especially in the areas of customer analytics and sales management
• Advanced user knowledge of Power BI (Power Query not required)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Visualization, presentations
• Process notation (any)
• Stakeholder management
• Teamwork, analytical thinking, ambitious
• Excellent English
