Our Technology Center offers you the chance to learn from experts around the world and build a rewarding career that contributes to saving lives.You will be responsible for providing value-adding services, primarily to EMEA Business Operations team and its stakeholders. You will manage and support IT Business Operations and financial management workload in line with internal governance and corporate policies.Your Core ResponsibilitiesProvide PO management services from planning, creation, tracking to closingManage accruals, depreciation, amortization, and intercompany chargebackPrepare COE financial data as inputs to forecast planningContinuously monitor to ensure compliance with financial policies and proceduresSupport financial activities in the Hardware and Software Renewal spaceCollaborate with IT business owners, Procurement, and Software Asset Management teams to support all financial operations involved in Hardware and Software purchasingReport HW and SW spend and provide financial status updates in financial toolsManage renewal and new requirements needed to process the right software and hardware purchases and their reportingIdentify areas to streamline and improve processes to eliminate waste (time/cost)Provide regular and on-demand reports for financial managementWork in a networked organization in partnership with Business Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, and Finance to deliver on financial management objectivesPerform, adopt, and adjust processes supporting IT cost managementInteract with senior-level business executives and peers in the IT organization, regionally and globallyBuild strong partnerships with IT leaders and counterparts in Finance, Procurement, and Software Asset ManagementManage communication and change management activitiesPartner with peers in other business areas to identify and share best practicesWho You AreYou are ready if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant work experienceDemonstrate self-starting ability, able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to conduct effective user trainingsFlexibility to interact globally in a matrix organization across time zones (Asia Pacific, Europe & US)Passion for continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team environment and develop working relationships with IT functional areas to achieve cost controls, expense reductions, and optimization of financial resourcesStrong decision-making capability and confidence to interact with and manage senior-level executives and stakeholdersStrong proficiency in SAP Financial systems with good finance/accounting acumenBase knowledge of Financial Forecasting Process, Reporting, and Project/Portfolio AccountingSigma experience/certification is a plusOur OfferExciting work in a great team, global projects, international environmentOpportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globallyHybrid working model, flexible role patternPension and health insurance contributionsInternal reward system plus referral program5 weeks annual leave, 5 sick days, 15 days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually, 40 paid hours annually for volunteering activities, 12 weeks of parental contributionCafeteria for tax free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, Lítačka, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport CardVodafone, Raiffeisen Bank, Foodora, and Mall.cz discount programsUp-to-date laptop and iPhoneParking in the garage, showers, refreshments, massage chairs, library, music cornerCompetitive salary, incentive pay, and many moreReady to take up the challenge?
