Location: Cardiff, UK (Hybrid – 1 week/month on-site)
Start Date: 2nd September 2025£350-£400 p/day (Indide IR35)
Duration: Until 31st December 2025 (Possible extension into 2026)We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end set-up of two new international offices – one in Dubai and one in Lithuania. This is a business and IT-focused role, managing the checklist of tasks needed to make each location fully operational.What you’ll be doing:Managing the full project lifecycle – from planning to executionCoordinating internal teams, third parties and external vendorsEnsuring systems, infrastructure and operations are delivered and readyHandling budgets, risks, and resources across both office launchesWorking closely with stakeholders across multiple countriesFollowing established PMO processes and reporting into senior managementWhat we’re looking for:3+ years in project delivery, ideally across IT and business changeHands-on experience managing set-ups or geo-expansion workStrong communicator – able to report clearly and keep stakeholders alignedConfident juggling multiple workstreams and prioritiesComfortable working with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence and MS ProjectProject Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP etc.) preferredFluent in English. Spanish is a plusWork setup: Full-time, hybrid. One week per month on-site (Cardiff).
