Meath A86 W820We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our team in transforming raw data into actionable insights that will drive smarter decisions across our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction materials sector and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate operational data from multiple internal sources.
• Assist in creating dashboards, visualisations, and reports to track KPIs and performance trends.
• Support senior management with ad hoc data analysis for strategic decisions.
• Identify inconsistencies or inefficiencies in data collection and work with teams to improve data quality.
• Participate in regular performance reviews and provide insight based on data findings.

Skills Required:

• Third-level qualification (NFQ Level 7 or higher) in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. We welcome recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in data analytics with hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry.
• Familiarity with Excel and basic data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Understanding of SQL and experience querying databases is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• A keen eye for detail and a genuine curiosity about data and what it reveals.

Contract Terms:

• 6-month temporary position
• 37.5 hours per week
