AufgabenAs Junior Expert HR – People and Organizational Development (POD) you will support our HR internal POD team in all aspects of employee development worldwide. You will come into contact with exciting aspects of organization-wide learning, such as: learning management system, in-house training, mentoring, development measures, or talent development.

• Co-development and implementation of a global training guideline
• Administration, optimization and maintenance of the internal learning management system, as well as its expansion of functions in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Planning, coordination and organization of the annual in-house training courses for the head office
• Implementation and coordination of the global mentoring program
• Support and advice for managers and employees on individual development measures
• Coordination and cooperation with the works council
• Co-development and piloting of a global, modular talent development program

Profil

• A University or College degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Initial professional experience or interest in digital learning or online learning offers
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A high level of personal initiative, strong team spirit, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent intercultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
• Very good written and spoken English and German language skills. French language skills would be an advantage.
