You’ll serve as the initial point of contact for companies exploring digital growth solutions, helping them uncover their needs and aligning them with the right services.This is a sales-driven role with a strong focus on outbound engagement, relationship building, and identifying qualified opportunities to support wider business development goals. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to help build lasting client relationships and generate pipeline for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively generate and qualify sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and CRM activityReach daily and weekly targets in line with KPIs and sales goalsManage a diverse portfolio of potential customers and identify high-potential accountsEducate businesses on available marketing and cloud-based solutionsConduct outbound outreach to C-level decision-makers to understand business needsAlign prospects’ challenges with relevant digital solutions using a consultative approachAccurately maintain client information in Salesforce and track the full sales cycleContribute to team goals and actively support a collaborative team environmentWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceC2 / C1 proficiency in GermanFluent in English, both spoken and writtenPrevious experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (preferably in tech or digital environments)Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to influence decision-makersGood understanding of IT or cloud-based solutions (knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus)Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environmentSolid computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools like SalesforceNice to Have1+ year experience in outbound sales or tech industry (not mandatory)Experience with cold calling and high-volume outreach (not mandatory)Previous use of Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms (not mandatory)Strong ability to identify key stakeholders within client organizations (not mandatory)Understanding of the European digital market and sales cycles (not mandatory)What’s in It for YouFull-time, permanent position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)Hybrid work model based in BarcelonaCompetitive salary: €25,440 gross/year + up to €6,360 gross/year bonusRelocation package to support your move to BarcelonaOngoing coaching and mentorship for professional growthClear development paths and internal mobility opportunitiesA collaborative and inclusive team environmentRegular team events, contests, and recognition programsReady to grow your career in digital business development?
