We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Controller to join our Finance team at NOV Flexibles in Brøndby. This role is a key part of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function and offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial control and analysis. You will work on smaller-scale projects within our Subsea Production Systems (SPS) organization, contributing to accurate reporting, process optimization, and strategic insight.At NOV, we deliver safe, high-quality, technology-driven equipment, services, and support that are essential to the global energy industry. Key Responsibilities

• Take financial responsibility for smaller SPS projects in Denmark and Norway
• Assist with monthly closing: journal entries, reconciliations, reporting
• Prepare internal reports (e.g. utilization, key figures) to support decision-making
• Contribute to budgeting through data validation and analysis
• Deliver ad hoc financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Help identify and implement process improvements using digital tools
• Explore automation and AI-based tools for financial tasks
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational excellence

Qualifications & SkillsEssential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
• Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP systems and AI-driven financial tools
• Previous student job experience in a financial setting
• Danish language skills
