• Define, evaluate, and standardize computer and printer hardware globally, utilizing your proficiency in process definition and IT training
• Provide 3rd level support for workplace technologies to global IT teams, demonstrating effective communication skills and technical knowledge
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop technical concepts, contributing to solution architecture and project success
• Participate in global projects focused on workplace technologies, leveraging your team player mentality and thriving in a collaborative environment
• Support cost-saving initiatives and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, showcasing dedication to quality and standardization

About YouWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

• Education in IT (completed apprenticeship or secondary school) or relevant professional experience
• Basic IT knowledge or hands-on experience
• Less than 1 year of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in defining processes with a focus on standardization and quality
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong written and spoken English skills
