As Account Manager, you will hit the ground running and proactively take charge of opportunities in the Danish market from day one. Our team in Denmark is looking for an Account Manager to work with executives at some of the largest companies in the market, helping them to progress their employees’ communication skills, and achieve their strategic objectives through language learning.The job requires persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity. Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in target accounts; approaching new contacts and building trustful relationships with them
• Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders
• Gain insight into the HR/L&D customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and international companies
• Write and deliver compelling pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of the market and how our services stand out from competitors
• Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, including conducting a thorough needs analysis and delivering a compelling value proposition
• Sell the whole range of EF Corporate Learning´s training solutions, drive RFP processes and tailor proposals to the customers’ needs
• ‘Conduct your own orchestra’; collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to help you drive the sales process forward, navigating long lead times and high levels of complexity.

The skills & experience we look for

• At least 3 years’ experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes
• Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients
• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
• Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
