Job description: Kitchen Porter – County DublinWe’re hiring a Kitchen Porter for a busy healthcare facility in County Dublin. This essential role supports kitchen hygiene, organisation, and food preparation. Ideal for candidates with 6–12 months’ experience in a similar environment, especially in healthcare or high-volume kitchens.Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware to support ongoing service.
• Assist with basic food prep (peeling, chopping, measuring).
• Stock ward pantries and beverage stations.
• Record temperatures and support HACCP compliance.

Requirements:

• 6–12 months’ experience in a kitchen, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance.
• Ability to provide 5 years of work references.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Salary & Benefits:

• €17.35/hour, plus Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
