Job description: Job DescriptionAre you passionate about laboratory work and eager to contribute to impactful diagnostic solutions? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Histopathology team. In this 3- year temporary role, you will support critical analytical testing and tissue processing activities that drive our IVDR compliance and product development efforts.Key Responsibilities:

• Author testing protocols and reports to support analytical validation and documentation.
• Execute testing across several of our core technologies, including manual and automated immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH).
• Perform tissue staining using Omnis, Autostainer, and Coverstainer platforms.
• Cut tissue slides with precision and maintain high-quality standards.
• Create and manage tissue blocks. Maintain and organize the tissue archive for the IVDR project.
• Provide an overview and tracking of tests and reagents to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align results, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the broader program team with analytical testing-related tasks and insights.

Qualifications

• Education: (medical) Laboratory Technician
• Hands-on experience with histological techniques, including tissue cutting and staining.
• Familiarity with IHC and ISH methods, both manual and automated, is a strong advantage.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
