Job description: Job DescriptionAre you passionate about laboratory work and eager to contribute to impactful diagnostic solutions? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team (Feasibility & Investigational Testing).Feasibility & Investigational Testing consists of 11 skilled lab technicians who works closely with academic colleagues to support the development of next-generation pathology products. These include novel antibodies, molecular techniques, and AI-driven image analysis—all aimed at advancing cancer diagnostics.In this 3- year temporary role, you will play a key part in supporting our antibody expansion project. Your work will include IHC V&V testing on automated platforms, stained slide evaluation, and a variety of related tasks that support the development of future diagnostic solutions. You will be joining an inclusive and dynamic project team made up of highly skilled and dedicated lab technicians who collaborate closely and are passionate about making a difference.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing across different platforms using Omnis, Autostainer, and Coverstainer.
  • Evaluation of stained slides by the microscope.
  • Provide an overview and tracking of tests and reagents to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align results, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the broader program team with analytical testing-related tasks and insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: Laboratory Technician or Bioanalyst
  • Experience with the mentioned techniques is not necessarily needed – training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with automated IHC methods is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
