You are eager to collaborate with international teams and act as a key enabler for the success of our Large Scale Project (LSP) approach. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation enables you to shape and drive impactful initiatives across countries and regions.In this position, you report directly to the Head of Large Scale Project Management and work closely with Area, Regional and Country Management teams. You are part of a dynamic and international network that drives the global LSP agenda forward.As LSP Support Manager, you will…
- monitor and steer LSP performance via KPI reporting and dashboards
- support the organizational shift towards a strong “LSP Mindset”, promoting cross-functional and cross-country collaboration
- drive transparency in planning, reporting and KPIs
- collaborate with Area, Regional and Corporate teams on strategic topics
- analyze revenue trends, monitor market shifts and contribute to market potential studies
- support the preparation of high-impact management reports and country briefings, and contribute to regional LSP advisory boards
- prepare impactful reports and contribute to key stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- experience in construction, project business or complex sales
- strategic thinker with a hands-on, structured working style
- proven stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted working relationships
- solid analytical mindset with expertise in data and reporting tools
- strong communication skills in English (verbal & written); German or other languages are a plus
- open-minded team player who enjoys working in dynamic, international structures
- willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-30%)
Additional InformationA salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 36,708.- according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week – use group as of III.Are you interested in this challenging position?
